Midtown Redevelopment Partners have been working to rezone the former old Blacksburg Middle School site to create a vibrant new community where residents can live, gather and work.

To ensure the project provide quality and flexibility, Midtown Redevelopment Partners are using a non-traditional zoning code format that controls building form first and building use second.  Midtown is the first large project in Blacksburg to use this process.
